I continue to find time to get out and run. Made two runs earlier in the week, again through my "old forest trail" route. Stop and enjoyed a beautiful sunset on one of the days.

God certainly paints a great picture when we take the time to actually stop and watch it. So much of life is filled with "busy busy" for work and life. We all need to get out doors more often and just stop, rest, listen and maybe say thanks to Him now and then. :)

Starting to see my breath more now as I'm running - brrr! Old man winter is coming soon...

181.5lbs - nice to see that I've now stabilized at a good weight. Seems to go up and down a pound a week at most, but sits between 180-182 now for more than a month. Yay!

God's message for me of late: "Be colourful..."
