I decided to give running a rest for about a week, and let my knees and body recuperate properly from the 10K.
Tonight I decided to do the Kanaka Creek-Transcanada Trail circuit, just under 6km, and it felt much better than earlier in the week, and my time wasn't too bad.
Weighed in today - 183lbs. Still keeping myself where I want to be, so that's good.
